Pirates, Vikings, and Knights 2 is a Source mod that’s available on Steam. It’s a multiplayer game where three teams fight against each other while trying to capture objectives. Each team has different classes and play styles that fit their team’s theme. The game features a unique combat system which focuses on melee combat. Players can choose the direction, speed, and strength of every swing. Each class also has a special ability that can be used once their special meter is full. This meter fills as the player succeeds in dealing damage to the enemy team.
Here are my contributions to the game:
- New Huscarl Special: Shield throw. Huscarl can throw his shield, stunning enemy players. Shield will bounce between enemies until max targets has been hit or the shield collides with the environment. If the Huscarl activates his special attack and doesn’t throw his shield after some time, he will stun himself.
- Assorted achievements for new class: Man-at-Arms.
